# SLA

> Uptime guarantees, compensation formula and how to claim credits.

## Tiers

## Probe contract

* Prober: Pingdom, UptimeRobot or StatusCake.
* Frequency: 1 minute interval, 3+ geographic locations (EU + US + Asia minimum).
* Up = HTTP 200 with body `{"status":"ok"}`.
* Probe IPs go on our allowlist (no rate limit). Submit them at
  `partners@privataswap.com`.
* Network failure on the probe side (provable via 3rd-party check) is excluded.

## Pilot compensation

| Uptime                             | Action                                                           |

| ≥99.5%                             | No compensation.                                                 |
| 99.0-99.5% (3.6-7.2 h downtime/mo) | +10% rev-share uplift next calendar month.                       |
| 95.0-99.0% (7.2-36 h)              | +25% rev-share uplift + right to terminate pilot without notice. |
| \<95.0%                            | +100% rev-share current month + termination.                     |

For partners with \<100 orders/mo, uplift converts to flat USD per pilot agreement.

## Post-pilot SLA credits

| \<99.9%         | 10% of gross partner revenue that month |
| \<99.0%         | 25%                                     |
| \<95.0%         | 100%                                    |

Credit applied in the next payout cycle, no claim form needed — we calculate
from your prober data on file.

## Enterprise tier

Day-1 99.9% with:

* Dedicated Slack channel with on-call engineers
* 15-min response business hours / 1 h off-hours
* Monthly architecture review session
* 1 free RCA postmortem per month
* \*\*$3,500/mo flat** (or $2,500/mo without review + postmortem)
* First 60 days free at confirmed ≥25K orders/mo pilot volume

* Real-time uptime by region
* Incident history with RCA links
* Subscribe via RSS, email or Slack
* Scheduled maintenance windows (always announced ≥7 days out)
