Probe contract
- Prober: Pingdom, UptimeRobot or StatusCake.
- Frequency: 1 minute interval, 3+ geographic locations (EU + US + Asia minimum).
- Up = HTTP 200 with body

- Probe IPs go on our allowlist (no rate limit). Submit them at
partners@privataswap.com.
- Network failure on the probe side (provable via 3rd-party check) is excluded.
Pilot compensation
